Xitlalt has more than 22 years of experience in the Entertainment, Fashion and Public Speaking Industries, such as 15 years with the Luxury Fashion Retailer Neiman Marcus. She gave her first motivational speech when she was 17, and as they say, the rest is history as she has always been on a mission to elevate everything that she is involved in. She is a sought-after Creative Director for private and non-profit worlds for projects or brands that need reinvention. She is a Public Speaker, Award-Winning Producer and has extensive experience in media and public relations.

She is a purpose-driven leader on a mission to make a difference and elevate those around her. That is why 10% of the proceeds from X Level Inc profits go to XFoundation. Xitlalt’s passions are Art, Fashion, Literature, Travel, and Philanthropy. She is involved in organizations in San Antonio, New York, LA. & Latin America. She is always looking for ways to make a difference by partnering with nonprofits that focus on art, children's education, fashion, and mental health. She has served on the boards and committees of Fashion Group International, GlassWing International, Mercado Global, Any Baby Can, Arts San Antonio, McNay Art Museum, ArtPace, Southwest School of Art, Blue Star, and is one of the founders of the acclaimed black-tie event, La Catrina Ball, for the Public Library Foundation.
