Alexa Dominique Pascual is an Asian-American women's rights advocate, international security researcher, and social media strategist based in Washington, DC. A former circus performer now specializing in European affairs, gender policy and national security.

Her expertise in women's empowerment, diversity in US politics, and human rights has led to significant speaking engagements, including the NATO Youth Summit 2023; represented various organizations including the United Nations General Assembly; and currently serving the SDG 5 Gender Equality Global Goals as an Ambassador for United Nations Association of the USA.

Her diplomatic contribution in the UN General Assembly and High-Level Political Forum includes advocating towards preventing gender-based violence, promoting female leadership, and addressing human trafficking. As the International Director for Youth and Gender Affairs at the Global Network of Political Leaders, she continues to amplify youth voices in international policy discussions. As a World Bank Youth Delegate representing the United States, Pascual focuses on combating AI misuse and misinformation.

Pascual is currently pursuing her graduate degree in International Affairs, with a concentration in Global Governance, Politics, and Security at American University. Her work with the US Department of State's Director of Countering Violent Extremism has strengthened youth involvement in foreign policy development.
